1950s manga gets brand new adaptation as The Ribbon Hero
Netflix has unveiled the lead cast, key visual, and teaser trailer for the upcoming anime film The Ribbon Hero, set to premiere on August 8, 2026. The movie is an adaptation of Osamu Tezuka's classic 1953 manga Princess Knight. Produced by Outline Studio and directed by Yuki Igarashi, the film features Saya as the voice of Princess Sapphire.
