4 years later, we finally got another look at Kingdom Hearts 4 (and it's coming to Switch 2 at launch)
A new trailer for Kingdom Hearts 4 was revealed at the Nintendo Direct June 2026 showcase, confirming it will be a launch title for the Nintendo Switch 2. While no release date was given, the trailer suggests development is progressing well. Director Tetsuya Nomura previously stated in 2025 that both Kingdom Hearts 4 and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth were making good progress.
