A new report from Skillsearch reveals that 44% of games industry professionals have considered leaving the industry due to redundancies, with 76% of UK respondents considering job hunting outside the sector by 2026. The survey also highlighted concerns about job security, creativity, and ethical use of AI, with nearly half of professionals worried about its impact.
