Final Fantasy Tactics: The Ivalice Chronicles has received a surprise update adding a New Game+ mode, allowing players to carry over unit levels and items from a completed playthrough. The update, announced by creator Yasumi Matsuno, also includes quality-of-life improvements such as Zodiac Compatibility viewing and clearer class unlock conditions. This update is available on Steam and encourages players to revisit the tactical RPG.
