A forgotten old co-op Lord of the Rings game has been unexpectedly remastered and re-released, and there's a promise of more to come
Aspyr has released a remastered 'Legacy Edition' of the 2011 co-op action RPG, The Lord of the Rings: War in the North, for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S, with a Nintendo Switch version to follow. This updated version features 60 FPS support, improved UI, and bug fixes. Warner Bros. has teased that this is the first of several classic Lord of the Rings game re-releases planned from Aspyr.
