A Pokémon Center Employee Has Reportedly Died After An Attack In Tokyo

A female employee at The Pokémon Center in Tokyo's Sunshine City complex has died following a stabbing incident on March 26, 2026. The attacker, who was also in his 20s and reportedly armed with two knives, died from self-inflicted injuries. The motives for the attack are currently unknown, and The Pokémon Company has not yet issued a statement.
