Following the cancellation of its live-action adaptation, Robert Jordan's The Wheel of Time is being developed into a series of animated movies and shows, as well as a video game, by producer Thomas Vu through his company iwot Studios. Vu sees significant potential for multi-platform franchise growth, with new concept art for the main character Rand al'Thor already released. No release timeframe has been announced for these new projects.
