Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2 game director Chris Cross stated the game will feature extensive customization options, allowing for near-infinite ways to coordinate character builds within a squad. New elemental damage types, interchangeable weapon attachments, and revamped enemy factions will be introduced, alongside a new Specialist class that can be multiclassed. The game is set to release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
