Anemoi Leak Caused by VisualArts Server Breach
VisualArts announced a data breach of its cloud storage, which led to the leak of the visual novel Anemoi and potentially thousands of personal data entries. The company discovered the leak on April 19, 2026, after unauthorized access to its cloud storage via an intracompany portal. VisualArts has temporarily taken down its VA Store website and reported the incident to the Japanese government.
