Respawn Entertainment has announced a significant victory in its fight against cheaters in Apex Legends, achieving a record low infection rate of 4.1%. This marks the lowest rate since tracking began, down from a previous low of 5.8% in December 2025. The developer also reported banning over 28,000 accounts in the past two weeks, including nearly 1,000 for DMA card use, indicating a successful effort to dismantle sophisticated cheating operations and restore competitive integrity.
