Iceflake Studios has released a new anniversary patch for Cities: Skylines 2 to celebrate the franchise's 11th year. The update introduces a new Iceflake Arena for entertainment, zoning tools inspired by popular mods, and an in-game encyclopedia. Two new creator packs, Office Evolution and City Stations, are also available.
