Atari signs 10-title film deal with Universal
Atari has entered into a 10-title film deal with Universal Pictures to adapt several of its classic game intellectual properties into feature films. The first project has been acquired by Universal, with the specific game yet to be revealed. The 10 games included in the deal are Asteroids, Adventure, Berzerk, Breakout, Centipede, Crystal Castles, Millipede, Missile Command, Pong, and Yars' Revenge, all planned as big-scale action-adventure movies.
