Arc System Works and Taito are releasing a major free update called BUBBLE BOBBLE Sugar Dungeons Boosted for Bubble Bobble Sugar Dungeons on August 20, 2026. This update for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and PC adds a new Castle stage, Bob's Bonus Gates with new gameplay routes, reworked item drops, and includes a port of the 1997 Bubble Symphony.
