Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 will feature mouse controls using Joy-Con 2 and cross-progression on the Nintendo Switch 2. Infinity Ward is also aiming for cross-play support on the platform, marking the series' return to Nintendo consoles after a thirteen-year absence. The game is set to release on October 23, 2026.
