Contact Protocol announced for Nintendo Switch 2
Kinetic Publishing and Cold Zephyr Games have announced Contact Protocol, a starship job simulator set in a cassette-future, for the Nintendo Switch 2, slated for a Spring 2027 release. Players will act as a security officer on the starship Pale Horse, assessing and interacting with approaching vessels. Lead designer Mick Hunter highlighted the game's focus on challenging players with difficult moral decisions under pressure.
