Actor Charlie Cox has definitively stated that his Daredevil character will not appear in the upcoming film Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Despite some cameos from the Daredevil series in the trailer, Cox confirmed his absence from the movie when asked on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
