DC producer Lars P. Winther confirmed that Milly Alcock's Supergirl will play a significant role in the upcoming film Man of Tomorrow, which directly follows the events of her standalone Supergirl movie. The film will see Kara Zor-El returning to Earth to reconnect with her cousin after a period of wild living in space. Man of Tomorrow is slated for a summer 2027 release, following the Supergirl movie in June 2026.
