Deltarune Chapter 5 update stops flirting from freezing the game and makes the final boss easier if you suck
A new update for Deltarune Chapter 5 addresses several bugs, including one that caused the game to freeze during flirting sequences in boss battles. The update also makes the final boss gradually easier if the player struggles excessively, though this effect resets upon restarting the game. Developer Toby Fox also casually mentioned that Deltarune Chapter 6 is aiming for a 2027 release.
