Denuvo has been removed from DRAGON QUEST I & II HD-2D Remake
Square Enix has removed Denuvo DRM from Dragon Quest I & II HD-2D Remake on PC shortly after its October 2025 release. The removal was not officially announced but is visible on SteamDB. Patches were also released for Dragon Quest I and II, addressing gameplay adjustments, ship speed, bug fixes, and adding more Traveller's Tips.
