Blizzard Entertainment is introducing an experimental mini-season for Diablo 4 called Season of Slaughter, starting March 11, before the Lord of Hatred expansion releases on April 28. This season allows players to transform into the iconic Butcher after achieving a killstreak and introduces new 'Bloodied' items and Sigils to increase dungeon difficulty.
