Dune Awakening finally gets a console launch date – September 22 – plus a single-player mode
Funcom announced that Dune: Awakening will launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on September 22nd, 2026, with pre-orders now live. The game will include all PC content, a new single-player mode with NPC-populated areas, scalable difficulty, and the conclusion to Book One of its cinematic storyline. Crossplay will not be available between console generations or between console and PC, except for Xbox and Windows PC Store players.
