EVE Online dev pays out $80,000 to mod contest winners for its experimental survival MMO
CCP Games, the developer of EVE Online, has awarded $80,000 to winners of a modding contest for its blockchain-based survival MMO, EVE Frontier. The top prize of $25,000 went to CradleOS for an in-game civilization-building tool, with other prizes awarded for features like a bounty system and a marketplace rendered as a social space. EVE Frontier is currently in early access and offers Founder Access on its website.
