Iron Gate announced that Valheim will launch its version 1.0 update on September 9, introducing the new Deep North biome. This final biome features a cold, snowy environment with new hazards, creatures like Barka and hostile Gammeltrolls, and the ability to tame and ride moose. The update also includes quality-of-life improvements to the build menu and new dungeons.
