The FBI has arrested a 21-year-old Florida resident, Zyaire Dontaevious Zamarion Wilkins, for allegedly distributing malware through fake Steam games. Wilkins and two accomplices are accused of stealing over $200,000 in cryptocurrency from approximately 8,000 infected PCs by embedding malicious software in games like Dashverse and Lunara. The stolen funds were used to purchase gift cards and other traceable items.
