Final Fantasy 10/10-2 HD Remaster gets a dedicated Switch 2 port next month, but there's a catch
Square Enix has announced a dedicated version of Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster for the Nintendo Switch 2, set to release on July 23, 2026. While featuring HD graphics and remastered music, save data will be incompatible with the original Nintendo Switch version. The remaster includes quality-of-life features like high-speed mode and no random encounters.
