Final Fantasy XIV’s patch 7.5 accidentally granted players a fashion accessory otter-matically

Final Fantasy XIV patch 7.5, Trail to the Heavens, has introduced a bug that has inadvertently granted players the "Señor Otter Pack" fashion accessory. This occurred because the Black Embroidered Parasol item was assigned the same database ID as the unreleased otter backpack. A hotfix is planned to correct this and other minor issues.
