Five Studios Behind Some of the Most Anticipated Games Unite to Form Developer-Led Holding Nova Assembly
Five independent game development studios—Unfrozen, Sad Cat Studios, VEA Games, Game Garden, and Weappy—have formed a developer-led holding company called Nova Assembly. This new structure aims to foster collaboration and resource sharing among the studios while preserving their creative independence, offering a more resilient model against industry layoffs and consolidation. The combined pipeline includes 10 games, with REPLACED set to be the first release from Nova Assembly.
