Halo: Campaign Evolved Review – Finishing the fight, again
Halo: Campaign Evolved is a remake of Halo: Combat Evolved, rebuilt in Unreal Engine 5 with new missions, dialogue, and four-player co-op, and is now available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X. While the visual and audio upgrades are impressive and the new prequel missions add meaningful content, some modern gameplay additions like sprint and auto-healing alter the original's pacing and feel. Despite these changes, the remake successfully captures the spirit of the original while offering a compelling experience for both newcomers and veterans.
