HBO boss says there are no plans to turn the Harry Potter universe into "a DC or a Marvel"
HBO boss Casey Bloys stated that the upcoming Harry Potter TV show is intended to adapt the books faithfully and will not lead to numerous spin-offs akin to the DC or Marvel universes. While not aiming for annual releases due to the show's scale, Bloys confirmed that season two is currently in development.
