Ubisoft has announced a remake of Heroes of Might and Magic 3, developed by Ubisoft China studios and set to launch in 2027 for PlayStation, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The remake will feature modernized visuals using the Snowdrop engine, including 4K resolution, dynamic lighting, and real-time weather, while retaining the original turn-based strategy gameplay and including both expansions. It will also introduce a new prologue campaign, enhanced multiplayer options, and support for community-created maps and content through an updated map editor and UGC hub.
