HoYoverse has announced details for Honkai: Star Rail's Version 4.2 update, titled 'So Laughed the Masses,' launching April 22, and its upcoming third-anniversary celebrations starting April 26. The update introduces new playable characters Silver Wolf LV.999 and Evanescia, continues the Phantasmoon Games story arc, and features character reruns and buffs. The anniversary will include in-game gifts, Stellar Jades, and a reset of the top-up bonus.
