ICARUS Console Edition Review

ICARUS is a sci-fi survival game with RPG mechanics that offers a compelling core experience, but is hampered by its progression system and bugs. The game's technology is gated behind player levels, leading to tedious grinding, and console UI issues and awkward animal models detract from the immersion. While the base game is priced at £33, the Ultimate Edition is significantly more expensive at £124, with much of the additional cost attributed to cosmetic DLC and maps rather than substantial gameplay expansions.
