IKEA Japan Will Have Real-Life Pokopia Event
IKEA Japan is collaborating with The Pokemon Company and Nintendo for a "Pokemon Pokopia" event celebrating IKEA's 20th anniversary in Japan, the Pokemon franchise's 30th anniversary, and a game launch. The event will feature Pokopia-inspired showrooms in select IKEA stores in Japan from April 1 to May 10, 2026, and in-game cloud islands accessible until June 30, 2026. Codes for the in-game islands will be distributed in stores, making them exclusive to Japan.
