A World of Warcraft guild, RAoV QA Strikes Back, achieved a world-first clear of the new Dreamrift raid by exploiting a bug that allowed them to instantly defeat the boss Chimaerus. Blizzard Entertainment disqualified the guild and removed their names from the hall of fame shortly after.
