The developer of Look Outside, Francis Coulombe, has made the 'smooch mode' feature, initially added for April Fools' Day, a permanent option in the game. Players can activate this mode on new save files by naming the character 'Casanova', allowing them to kiss various NPCs and abominations within the game's cursed apartment building setting.
