Lord of the Rings Online is offering a preview of its new Rivendell player housing neighborhood, located on the western heights with breathtaking views. This new Elven neighborhood includes standard, deluxe, and kinship houses, and introduces the ability to resurface and dye ceilings for the first time in the game.
