Insomniac Games has confirmed that the X-Men will not appear in Marvel's Wolverine, opting for a unique take on the mutant universe. The game will focus on Logan's past with the black-ops organization Team X and will feature other mutants like Sabretooth, Jean Grey, and Mystique. Marvel's Wolverine is set to release exclusively for PlayStation 5 on September 15, 2026.
