Kirsten Dunst has joined the cast of the upcoming Minecraft Movie sequel, playing the character Alex. She will star alongside Jack Black's Steve and returning cast members Jason Momoa, Danielle Brooks, Matt Berry, and Jennifer Coolidge. Jared Hess is returning to direct the sequel, which follows the box office success of the first film.
