Mega Man: Dual Override dev wants to make a new Mega Man X game
Shingo Izumi, producer for the Mega Man series at Capcom, has expressed a strong desire to develop a new Mega Man X game. While the current focus is on Mega Man: Dual Override, Izumi views Mega Man X as a vital part of the franchise and would welcome the opportunity to revisit it. The last new entry in the Mega Man X series was in 2004.
