Yacht Club Games' indie title Mina the Hollower has surpassed 500,000 copies sold, significantly aiding the developer's financial stability. Co-founder Sean Velasco had previously stated that 200,000 units needed to be sold for the company to remain viable. The game has also received critical acclaim, holding the highest Metacritic score for a 2026 game.
