Modern Warfare 4 open beta dates set for August, including for Switch 2
Activision has announced the open beta dates for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, taking place in the latter half of August. The first weekend, August 21-25, is for pre-orders on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC, with Switch 2 pre-orders opening later. The second weekend, August 28-September 1, is open to all players across PS5, XSX|S, PC, and Nintendo Switch 2. The game launches October 23, 2026, and will not be available on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One.
