Mortal Kombat 2's game-exclusive fight scene clip proves it learned all the right lessons from the first movie
A game-exclusive clip from Mortal Kombat 2, shown to players of Mortal Kombat 1, features a fight scene between Liu Kang and a revenant Kung Lao. The scene is set in a rendition of the Blue Portal stage from Mortal Kombat 2 on the SEGA Genesis. Producer Todd Garner stated that the first movie's action was limited by budget and executive expectations, but Mortal Kombat 2 will explore more of the known realms.
