The gacha RPG Neverness to Everness is facing backlash after players discovered the use of AI-generated assets, including animations and visual elements. Streamers and voice actors, such as Ironmouse, Shylily, and Maggie-Elise, have distanced themselves from the game, with voice actress Maggie-Elise claiming Hotta Studio did not disclose its use of AI. Hotta Studio has since admitted to using AI-assisted tools for background assets and promised to rework specific flagged content.
