A new Mobile Suit Gundam anime, Mobile Suit Gundam RG XARX-ZERO, has been announced with a surprise trailer at San Diego Comic-Con. The anime will tie in with the upcoming video game Gundam Rogue Orbit, with both set to release in 2027. Kenji Kamiyama is writing and directing the series, which is set 100 years before the game.
