Nicolas Cage gives classiest possible response to Spider-Noir cancellation
Following the cancellation of the series Spider-Noir after one season, star Nicolas Cage expressed that one season was perfect for his portrayal of the character. The show, which received positive reviews and multiple Emmy nominations, followed Ben Reilly as a private investigator with web-slinging powers in 1930s New York City. Despite good viewership, the series was not massive enough to warrant further seasons.
