No Sleep For Kaname Date – From AI: THE SOMNIUM FILES is the third entry in Spike Chunsoft's AI series, offering a bonkers mystery with detective and escape room elements. While the presentation and voice acting are polished, the story can be a convoluted mishmash of conspiracy theories. The gameplay is split into real-world investigation, virtual dreamscapes (Somniums), and escape room puzzles, which can be frustratingly obtuse at times but ultimately provide a decently fun, albeit strange, experience.
