Parallels Desktop creators say MacBook Neo does indeed have enough muscle to run Windows apps
Parallels has confirmed that its virtualization software, Parallels Desktop, is compatible with the new MacBook Neo. While initial tests show stable performance for running Windows apps, the limited 8GB of RAM and lack of active cooling on the MacBook Neo mean it is not suitable for demanding tasks. Parallels recommends laptops with 16GB of RAM or more for a better experience.
