Imagineer and Toybox Inc. have announced Path of Mystery 2: The Mermaid Legend Murder Case for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2, with a Japanese release planned for September. This sequel to Path of Mystery: A Brush with Death is a mystery visual novel set in a summer town, featuring a story that alternates between the present and a 30-year-old unsolved murder case.
