Pokemon Bank to end service in February 2027
The Pokemon Company has announced that Pokemon Bank, the storage app for Nintendo 3DS games, will end support on February 26, 2027. Users who have downloaded the app before the 3DS eShop closure in 2023 can still transfer their Pokemon to Pokemon Home until the service ends. This announcement coincides with news that Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen will become compatible with Pokemon Home on Nintendo Switch in October.
