Pokémon Champions Won't Let You Use Pokémon That Aren't Fully Evolved
Masaaki Hoshino, producer of Pokémon Champions, stated that only fully evolved Pokémon will be available at launch. Some exceptions, such as Pikachu and Eevee, may be included.
